The new enterprise will produce grain processing equipment and accessories for milling flour, fodder and premix. The output capacity of the first stage of the production complex is up to 100 items of equipment per annum. Total investments exceeded 154 million roubles.
Production capacity at the enterprise will be increased by stages. The first products will reach the Megamiks premix mill now under construction in Terbun region of Lipetsk oblast before the end of June.
The TRIOTT Lipetsk factory is the twelfth enterprise operating on the territory of this Federal economic zone. There are currently 37 Russian and foreign residents registered in the Lipetsk SEZ, with a total of proclaimed investments of 116.7 billion roubles. Three more production facilities are planned to be put into use before the end of the year, and construction of five enterprises is nearing completion.
The equipment and 50% of the accessories will be delivered here from Holland, and the other half of the accessories from Russia. So far one workshop is open. An office building and two workshops will be built next year. When the enterprise reaches designed output capacity, 60 people will be working there.
According to Philippe de Jong, counsellor of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Russia, the opening of the factory in Lipetsk in the present economic and political situation is a very bold step by the Dutch business.
“Locating production facilities on the territory of the Lipetsk SEZ is profitable for investors, so virtually all the land plots have now been allocated. I am confident that the products of the new factory will be in demand, in view of the fact that grain production in our country is increasing every year”, commented Oleg Korolev, the Governor of Lipetsk oblast.
