Inspire, Empower, Succeedis the main motto of this year’s business program that will be held on 14 October from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Erarta Museum of Contemporary Art, St Petersburg.
The multi-format business program will be packed with practical content; it will primarily focus on contributing to the creative atmosphere that is essential to enable real-life communication between the delegates from various European countries and Russia, to share the experience and exchange the knowledge on the latest trends in the industry, improve practical skills in organizing truly effective and financially successful events which is an important element of the marketing mix.
The main topics will be the future of experiential marketing and reinventing ‘event’ as a concept, from an event to a live campaign. The delegates will get an insight on how they can surprise their audiences in the future, how the current social trends are translated into live communications and what the agencies need to know to stay on top.
The practical part of the conference includes three conceptual modules: strategic success, operational success and empowerment. This way each delegate, depending on his/her level and professional qualifications, will be able to choose most relevant topics of workshops and presentations.
Everyone interested will have an opportunity to master an innovational fast and advanced approach to event planning. Writing a bid proposal in five simple steps, from receiving a brief to estimating the ROI of the project.
